今回はif関数をご紹介したいと思います。
デキるヤツはif関数
if、それは基本中の基本です。
指定した条件に合っているかの判定をするための関数で、使い方は次の通りです。
if(条件,条件に合っていた場合の結果,合っていなかった場合の結果)
たとえばセルA1に10と記載しておき、
セルA2に
=if(A1=10,OK,NG)
と記載すれば「OK」と返ってきます。
文字列での応用
セルA1に「洋梨」と記載しておき、
セルA2に
=if(A1=”洋梨”,”梨”,”梨以外”)
と記載すれば「梨」と返ってきます。
では、どうすればif関数でデキるヤツになれるかというと、簡単です。
if関数を使い倒します
if関数は単純で誰もが知っていますが、一般人はそれを適切なタイミングで使えていないように感じます。
Excelオタクは不必要なくらいif関数を使います。
一番あるパターンが、入力内容のチェックです。
データをExcelに貼り付けたり入力したりするのは本当によくあると思うのですが、
それを目視でチェックしていませんか？
目視でなく、if関数でチェックしましょう。
例えば
A1に東京、B1にも東京と記載して、
A1=B1かのチェックをしたいとします。
そのようなときにA2に次のように記載します。
=if(A1=B1,0,1)
すると、0が帰ってくるはずです。
入力内容は往々にして1つではありませんから、
これをコピペすれば、大量のデータの中に何個間違いがあるかが一瞬でわかります。
ちなみに、チェックのデータを作る際は置換が便利ですよね。
